Granny, a bit out of her mind, managed to escape from Durkee in Mexico and is now rushing through the city streets, desperately trying to avoid capture. To prevent being caught and re-institutionalized, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but she must also navigate a series of challenging obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hurdles await her along the way. As she dashes through the city, Granny occasionally stumbles and drops gold coins, which makes her escape even more exciting and adds a fun twist to her frantic getaway.
